Story Retelling Dramatic Play Set for Bark George

Print the pages below.  Cut them out.  Take the top flaps off a cereal box, lay it on it's side,
and attach George to the box as shown.  Laminate the animal pieces if you are going
to reuse them. 
Give the children a white shirt, glasses and a plastic glove so they can "be the vet."
Have them "reach" into the open side of the cereal box to get the animals out
of George's stomach.
If you have them available, you could even use small beanie baby stuffed animals
to put in the box and use it like a feely box.  Have the children pick an animal card, then have them reach into the box and pull the corresponding animal out.
