white paint (roll in paint first, then glitter/confetti)
glitter type confetti (Hands on - Oriental Trading)
1 white pipe cleaner cut in half
2 wiggly eyes
button - nose
white card stock (seems to hold better than construction paper)
pink card stock
glue dots
