Visual Discrimination Activity for a Ladybug Theme

Print, cut and laminate cards.  Use the patterns, felt and a hot glue gun to create the ladybugs.  Have the children pick a card.  Then have them use a tweezers or tongs to pick up black pompoms and place them on the ladybug.  Have the children use the picture as a guide for pompom placement.
This activity is great for developing fine motor control and developing spatial acuity.
