6 potatoes washed and sliced into wedges
½ c. butter melted in a bowl
¾ c. parmesan cheese
½ t. garlic powder
½ t. onion powder
½ t. cumin
Spray a 11x 15” baking pan with non stick cooking spray. Combine cheese and spices in a reseal able bag. Roll the potato wedges in butter then shake them in the cheese/spice
mixture. Put them in a single layer on the pan.
Bake in the oven at 350 for 50-60 minutes-turn them once.
