Apple Quilt Block Puzzle

Print the puzzle base.  Print the puzzle pieces.  Cut the pieces out and laminate both the base and the pieces.  Print the leaf page.  Cut out and laminate a leaf for each puzzle.  Have the children follow the picture on the base to make the apple quilt block. 
The leaf goes on last once the puzzle is complete.
