Roll and Color Apple Tree Fun

Print a page for each child.  Have them take turns rolling the dice.  Have them
identify the number on the dice, then color the corresponding portion of the tree. 
If they have already colored in a number then the the next person rolls.  The first person to get their entire tree colored is the winner.
