Beginning Sound Match with the Cat

Print, cut and laminate the cards and hats.  Have the children pick a card identifying the letter and the letter’s beginning sound.  Then have the children find the hat that has a picture that corresponds with the identified beginning sound and put the hat on the cat.
Both a color and a black and white versions are available.
