Hen and Egg Identify and Stamp
Print the pages. Cut them apart and assemble them like a book. Have the children identify the number, trace the letters of the word and
stamp the letters in the blanks to spell the number word. Then,
have the children dip an eraser
end of a pencil into paint and stamp
them on the nest. You can use white
paint for the eggs if you
would like but tan would show up much better.
This would give you a
great opportunity to point out to children that chicken
eggs can
come in a variety of shades of tan and light green.
The pages can be
printed in with two of the same pages on one page or with two
different pages on one page.
