Cowboy Hat from Paper Plates

Take two paper plates.  Cut the center out of one plate.  Take the edges of the intact paper plate and staple it around the cut edge of the paper plate.  You will need to make a couple folds in the paper plate that creates the crown as you continue to staple it in place.  Hole punch two
 holes in the brim as shown.  Paint the hats.  Let them dry then string a piece of string through the holes.  Be aware that the string may be considered a strangulation hazard.
