Cowboy Vest

You’ll need one brown paper bag for each child.  Cut from the opening
to the bottom of the bag.  Then cut a neck hole on the bottom.  Now cut
an arm hole on each side.  Draw 4” lines about 1” apart for the kids to cut
on to make fringe. This is great cutting practice.
