Doctor Kit Vocabulary/Lacing Activity

Print the bag page and make a stencil.  Have the children cut two from black construction paper.  Punch holes around the bag as shown.  Have the children use black yarn to lace around the edges.  Make a stencil from the cross pattern. Have the children trace it onto red construction paper and cut
it out.  Have them glue it to the front of the bag.  Now print a set of cards for
each child.  Have them color them, cut them apart and put them in the bag. 
This activity is designed to help the children work on their fine motor skills
and for them to develop their vocabulary.
