Emergent Reader for Dog's Colorful Day

Print the pages.  Cut them apart and assemble.  This reader is designed
so that the pages are attached to the bottom of the large back sheet
as shown.  Have the children color the dot on the page.  Then Have them complete the sentence, "Dog got a red spot from _____."  Have them use their imagination to think of a way dog could have gotten a red
spot.  Help them write their answer if needed.  Continue until they Have completed the book.  Practice reading. 
This book can be printed two different way with two of the same pages on each page or with two different pages on each page.
