Doctor Kit Emergent Reader

Print the pages.  Have the children cut the pages apart and place them
 over the dotted line.  Staple in place.  Fold the bottom part of the doctor's
 kit up to cover the pages.  Glue the cover piece on the front of the bag.
Now have the children practice reading their book.
