Cat with a Hat Patterning with Film Canisters

Print the pattern.  Use it to cut out a circle from fun foam.  Put hot glue
on the bottom of the film canister and press it into the middle of the circle. 
Purchase little girls pony tail holders.  Slide them over the film canister to make a colorful hat.  If you are working with little ones, it is enough for
them to just slide the pony tail holders on the "hat" as it is great for
 fine motor development. 
For older children, slide the pony tail holders onto the "hat" making a pattern.
