Fishing ABC File Folder

This is designed so that you can have any combination of letter matching,
upper to upper, upper to lower or lower to lower.
Print the base pages of your choice.  Glue them to the inside of a file folder.  Print the label.  Glue that to the front of the file folder.  Print the fish of your choice.  Laminate the fish and the file folder.  Have the children match the fish to the corresponding letter on the file folder.
