Number Flower Yogurt Container Arrangements

Collect ten yogurt containers.  Using spray paint that adheres to plastic
containers, paint the yogurt containers.  Use a small hole punch and punch
holes in the lids punching one hole in the first lid, two holes in the second lid,
three holes in the third lid and so on.  Print the page below.  Cut the number pieces out and glue them to the plastic container.  Purchase cheap artificial
flowers that have a small flower and at least a four inch stem.  Using a wire
cutter, cut the stems so that they are only four inches long.  Have the children pretend to be a florist.  Have them count the holes in the lid, find the bottom with the corresponding number and snap the lid on.  Then have them
put the flowers into the holes.
