Upper to Lower
or Lower to Lowercase File Folder Matching Fun

Print the pages.  You can choose from upper or lower scoops.
Glue the cone pages to the inside of the file folder. 
Glue the label to the front of the folder.  Cut out the ice cream scoops. 
Laminate the folder and the scoops.  Have the children identify the letter on the cone.  Then have the find the corresponding
scoop and place on the cone.
