Writing Prompt with an Ice Cream Theme

Give each child a larger sheet of construction paper.  Print the patterns.
 Have the children trace around the patterns on construction paper.
 Have the children cut the pieces out and assemble on the large sheet
 of construction paper to create an ice cream cone.  Print a writing
prompt and have the children complete the sentence.  Glue it to the sheet of construction paper as shown.
