It Looked Like Spilled Milk Booklet

Take a large sheet of blue construction paper and cut it to be 9.5 x 18.  Tri-fold it so both ends fold in.  Print the stencil and cut it out.
Lay it on the folded paper and cut on the solid line.  Open the construction
paper.  Print the words.  Cut out the title page and glue it to the front of the paper.  Open the booklet.  The top piece is the first page.  Glue
the words towards the bottom of that page.  Have the children take a white crayon and draw a shaped cloud above the words.  Do the same
for the second page.  On the last page, glue the words with the person
towards the bottom of that page.  Have the children draw regular clouds
above it.  Have the children read their book to a partner.
