Take Home Mail Carrier Activity-Alphabetical Order

Help the children make a mail bag by cutting a large paper plate to make
a handle as in the first illustration.  Cut another paper plate in half. 
Put the half of plate on top of the handled plate.  Use a hole puncher
to punch holes around the edges.  Use yarn to lace holes. 
You can have the children color the “mail bag” brown.  Print a set of cards
for each child.  Have them cut the cards apart and put them in their mail bag. Have them take the cards say the letters on the mail and put them in alphabetical order just like a mail carrier does.
