Native American Head Band Symmetry

Cut a piece of brown construction paper for your headband.  On construction
paper, print the feathers in a variety of colors.  Cut the "feathers" out. 
Glue the beginning of a symmetry pattern to the headband.  Laminate. 

Cut it out.  Laminate individual "feathers".  Have the children
use the laminated feathers to complete the symmetry pattern.  You could
decorate the head bands with markers or construction paper scraps
before you laminate them.
