Sea Turtle ABC File Folder Letter Match

Print the base turtles in either upper of lowercase.  Cut them out and glue to the inside
of a file folder.

Print and cut out the shells of your choice.

Laminate the file folder and shells.  Have the children find the corresponding shells and place
them on the turtles.
