Number Identify and Stamp for the Old Lady

Print the pages.  Have the children cut them apart and bind them together
as in a book.  Have the children identify the number and then trace the letters  to write the number word.  Have the children stamp the letters in the boxes
to spell the number word. 
From here you have two choices.  You can print the fly page, have the children
cut them out and glue to the corresponding page.  If you don't like that option,
you can use the eraser end of the pencil, dip it in paint and stamp the corresponding number of dots on the page.  After the paint is dry, have the children draw wings on the dots to create flies.
You can print these with different pages on each page or you can print
two of the same page on each page.
