Dora the Explorer Paper Plate Project

For this project you need one small and one large paper plate.  Paint the large paper plate
black.  Paint the small paper plate skin colored.  After they have dried, cut the black plate
to make hair as shown.  Assemble.  Use a marker to add facial features.
