Penguin Dixie Cup Craft

With a glue gun glue two dixie cups together-one upside down, one right side up. 
You can add lentils or rice if you want it to be a shaker.  Have the kids paint them black. 
You can paint a coat of clear glitter paint over the top.   After it has dried, add the other features.
