Emperor Penguin Headband

Print on white cardstock.  Let the children color and decorate it.  You can have the children
eave the base white (to be the ice and snow) and attach it to a blue piece of  construction
paper for the “ocean” part of the headband.  They can also add cotton balls for snow
and glitter glue on the crown.  The tune of the rhyme is Are You Sleeping?
