Penguin Fish Eating Upper Lower Matching Fun

Copy cut and laminate blue game pieces.  Copy the penguin and attach it to a cereal box. Cut a slit in the rectangular part of the mouth. 
Lay the lower case fish out onto the table.  Put the upper case letters in a stack.  The child picks up an upper case letter card and finds
 the match-then feeds them to the penguin.
