Penguin Picture Frame

Print the page on heavy paper such as card stock.  Have the children color it and cut it
out including the center dotted line.  Tape a photo to the back, trimming if necessary. 
You can add a magnet to the back.  You could also hole punch near the top and  add a string to hang it.
