Poppleton the Pig Writing Prompt

Poppleton books by Cynthia Rylant, are a great choice for beginning
chapter book readers.  After reading one, print the pages below.  Have the children decorate the pig using construction paper and anything in your
junk box.  This can even be a take home project.  After the pig is decorated,
 print your choice of writing prompts and have the children write a story
about an adventure their Poppleton had.
