Pirate Hat Name Card For Table Setting

Print the page below.  Using the pattern cut two hat brim pieces from black construction paper.  Cut out a cup from a cardboard egg carton and paint it black.  Put glue on the hat brim pieces then put one hat brim piece on each side of the dried egg carton.  Pinch thehat brim ends together and hold in place for a few moments.  Use a white or light colored
crayon to write names on the hats.  If you want a fancier look use gold glitter glue to add a row of trim across the brim of the hat.
