Visual Discrimination Put Me in the Zoo
Print a base and a set of cards. Laminate if you want to reuse. Have the children pick a card. Then have them take pompoms and put them on the appropriate spot. When they are finished, their animal
should be colored like the one on the card. If the child picks a card with a question mark, they can decorate it however they wish.
This activity can help with color matching, visual discrimination, and fine motor
skills if you are using tweezers to move the pompoms.
