Brownie Ideas
BROWNIES
Soften two sticks of margarine in microwave. Add two cups of sugar and two eggs.
Mix with mixer. Add two cups of flour, two teaspoons of vanilla, and ½ cup cocoa. Mix.
Put in greased cake pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. For Halloween,
make these and use a cookie cutter to cut out bat shaped brownies
use frosting to add mini m&M eyes.
REESEs Brownie Cup
Make the above brownies. Grease muffin tins. Fill the muffin cups 1/3 full of dough.
Push a mini Reese peanut butter cup into the center. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Smores Brownies
In a greased 9x13 pan, put one layer of graham crackers. Carefully put your brownie mixture
over the top. Bake as usual. Once out of the oven sprinkle with a combination of milk
chocolate chips, marshmallows, and chopped peanuts. Put back in the oven for 5
minutes of until marshmallows melt.
FRUIT BROWNIES
Make the above brownies. Let them cool. Take one pack of cream cheese, soften it.
Add 1/3 cup of sugar. Mix until smooth. Spread over brownies. Cut strawberries, kiwi, and pineapple and put these on top. Sprinkle a few chopped peanuts over the top and drizzle
chocolate ice cream topping over the top.
BROWNIE DELIGHT
Make the brownies above. Cool. Put 2 large packs of cream cheese into to mixing bowl.
Add 2 cups powdered sugar. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping. Spread on brownies.
Mix two small packs of pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread on top. Spread remaining whipped
topping on top. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Drizzle chocolate topping over the top.
