Chocolate Play Dough

Chocolate Scented Play Dough
1 ¼  cup flour
½  cup cocoa
½ cup salt
½  T cream of tarter
1 cup hot water
1 ½  T vegetable oil
Mix the ingredients in a pan on the stove over medium heat.  Once it clumps into a ball, sprinkle
 a small amount on flour on a counter.  Put the play dough on the flour and knead for a minute.
