Mexican Mac and Cheese
This is a family favorite that I often take to potlucks because it's so easy and tasty too!
Open a pack of Mac and Cheese. Set the cheese pack aside and boil the noodles.
Brown one pound of ground beef along with an onion. Drain.
To the ground beef add 1 1/2 cups salsa, 1/2 cup corn and a small can of sliced black olives. Drain the noodles and add to ground beef mixture.
Add the cheese pack. Mix and heat through.
**Don't add the milk or the butter listed on the mac and cheese box.**
