Rolo Candy Turtles

Many people make candy or cookies during the holiday season.  Here is a quick easy mock turtle recipe that you can do with your little ones.  The pan
goes into the oven for 4 minutes.  It with be warm once it comes out.  Let it
sit for a minute or two, then have the children press a pecan into the Rolo candy.
 It will still be warm but not hot enough that the children will burn themselves.
 These are very tasty and would make a perfect Christmas favor/gift if
wrapped festively for a teacher, bus driver or other important person
in your child's life.  There is also a version of the recipe that uses M&Ms instead
of pecans.
