Shepherd and Sheep Numeric Order

Print an envelope front page.  Give each child half.  Have them color it
and glue it to the front of an envelope.  Print the numbers.  Have the children cut them out.  Have the children "be the shepherd" and put the sheep in numeric order.  When they aren't working on this activity, the sheep can be stored in the envelope.
