Print, cut.  Note that page 9 will need to be handled specially.  Print the page.  Cut along the solid line.
 Fold at the dotted line.  Bind making sure that the flap of page 9 cannot be hooked in the binding. 
This is available to be printed in two different versions with two different pages on each page or with two of the same pages on each page.
