Snow Scene Paper Punch Art

Make the dark blue frame by cutting the inside out of a piece of construction paper,
leaving a 1.5" frame.  Give the children a snowflake shaped hole punch and let them punch
the frame.  Glue the frame to a piece of light blue construction paper.  Give the children
crayons and let them draw a snowy scene.  They can also add white paper punch
snowflakes to the scene or glitter to make it look festive.
