Snowflake Pasta Bracelet/Necklace

In advance, spray paint wagon wheel pasta white.
After it is dry, have the children weave the pasta onto a piece of yarn. 
When they are finished, tie to make a bracelet or necklace.
This would also make cute garland on a Christmas tree.
