Paper Towel Tube Spider Stamp

To prep for this activity, take a paper towel tube and cut up about 2" eight
times making spider legs.  You will need one tube per five children as the cardboard of the tube gets soggy.  Give the children a blue piece of construction paper and chalk.  Have them draw lines to make a spider web.
Then have them dip the paper towel tube into black paint.  Press the tube
onto the construction paper.  They may have to press the legs down to make a clear stamp.  Then have them dip a film canister in paint and press
it in the middle of the spider.  After the print dries, they can add wiggly eyes.
