Flower from Dixie Cup with Child's Picture

Cut a small Dixie cup as shown.  Bend the rays down.  Cut another Dixie cup so it is only 1" tall.  Glue the Dixie cups together as shown.  Paint the cups.  You could add candy corn or colored m&m's to make cute party favors.
