Train Domino Addition

Print a page for each child.  Lay dominos upside down on the table.  Have them select
a domino and identify the number of dots on each side.  Have them write the numbers
in the boxes of the middle train car.  Have them add the amount together and write the total of the domino in the box on the engine.
