Cutting Practice Flag for Election 2008

Print the page of your choice.  Have the children color the page and cut it
out.  Then have them cut up on the dot to dot lines.  Fold over at the top
line above the stars.  Put a straw in the fold.  Run a 25" piece of yarn
through the straw.  Tie together at the top.
