Heart Valentine Holder

Print both of the pages onto construction paper.  Fold the  heart over at the dotted line. 
Put glue along the edges on the heart that isn't bent over. Put the bent heart on top
of the glue as shown.  Hole punch the heart on the circles.  Run a pipe cleaner through the holes, bend them over and twist the edges of the pipe cleaner over.
