Incentive Chart for the Hungry Caterpillar

Print a page.  Cut into sections so each child has a section, three are on each page.  Have the children color a circle of the caterpillar for each act they do correctly.  Possible uses rage from toilet training to learning sight words.
A head only version has been created so that you can determine how long the caterpillar can grow to.
