Fiddle Dee Fee Apple Tree Game
One of our favorite apple books is 10 Red Apples by Pat Hutchins. Here’s a game that can be used with it or separately. Print four copies of the numbered apple cards and one of the zero cards, cut and laminate. Print one copy of the tree trunk/apple page and the tree top for each player. Cut apart and glue
the tree top to the trunk. Laminate the tree and the apples.
To play, give each child an apple tree and have them put their apples on the tree. Put the cards on the table upside down. Have each child pick a card and remove the designated number of apples off their apple tree. Whoever gets
all the apples off their tree first is the winner.
