5 Little Rodins in the Nest
Purchase a brown chore gloves. Print the pattern and rhyme.
Cut five
red ovals, ten brown wings, and five yellow beaks from felt.
Using the picture as a guide, hot glue the pieces to the gardening
glove. Use a sharpie marker to dot the eyes. Use the
glove with the following rhyme.
Five little robins sitting in the nest
The 1st one said,
“I’m going to give my wings a test.”
The 2nd one said,
“Let’s fly out of this tree.”
The 3rd one said, “Flying
scares me.”
The 4th one said, “Spread your wings and try.”
The 5th one said, “Look, I can fly!”
So all the little
robins, flew into the sky
and all cried out, “Good-bye, good-bye.”
