Penny Balance Butterfly

Print the page.  Cut the butterfly out.  Trace it onto fun foam.  Color with  oil pastels.  Cut out.  Hot glue two pennies to the bottom as shown. 
The butterfly will now balance on the child's finger.  You can have butterfly
 races.  Direct the children to have relay races as they balance the  butterfly on their finger. 
It would be great to have butterfly resource books available in case
children want to design their butterfly to look like a particular breed.
