Incentive Chart For Dog's Colorful Day

Print the page.  Cut in half.  Write the child's name in the blank at the  top.  Use this as an incentive chart.  If a child acts appropriately
or used the toilet, a sticker can be placed in the box to encourage desirable behavior.
