Dr. Seuss Paper Plate Stencil Idea

Cut out the stencil below.  Place the stencil in the middle of a large paper plate.  Trace. 
Have the children color and add the details they would like to add.  Write “Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss”
around the edge.  The kids could also color stripes around the edge of the plate.
